We are pleased to announce that the final revised set of Crisis Planning Tools is now available.
This set of tools consists of the Safety Plan (formerly known as the Risk Management Safety Plan),
the Advance Communication to Treatment Provider (optional), Supplements to the Safety Plan and Advance Communication (optional),
and a Companion Guide for Providers on the Crisis Planning Tools for Families. These tools may be used by families and individuals,
as well as by providers working with families and individuals.
