Quality Management Program Description, Goals, and Evaluation

MBHP's mission is to continually help the people we serve live their lives to the fullest potential. Our Quality Management (QM) Program ensures that we fulfill this mission.

As part of our Quality Management Program, MBHP has formed a Quality Management Committee that provides a formal process for quality improvement. MBHP believes that providers should participate in our Quality Management Program and values our providers' opinions and ideas. Each year, MBHP formulates a quality work plan that includes goals and the actions that are necessary to achieve those goals. At the end of the year, MBHP evaluates and updates its Quality Management Program.
