Risk Management Safety Plan It was recommended that this document be made available as a resource to CBHI providers, as it is currently utilized by CSAs and MCI staff for Members they serve.

Interpersonal Skills List This Skills List was developed by Marci White, MSW, while at NC Mentor, and was reflective of the population served with the specific service in North Carolina. Providers in MA who will be delivering Therapeutic Mentoring Services will want to modify this list, based on the characteristics and needs of the population they will be serving. The Social Skills books referenced in Marci White's presentation materials were used to develop specific interventions and activities designed to teach the skills an individual child needs, according to his/her treatment plan. As the child develops and demonstrates mastery over basic skills, the clinician works with the team to add new skills to work on, consistent with the child's diagnosis and treatment goals. Interpersonal Skills-Behavioral Descriptions This document was developed by Marci White, MSW, while at NC Mentor, and provides behavioral descriptions, both positive and negative indicators, for all the skills. (Updated 10/30/2009)
