Member Outreach is a service for PCCs who are experiencing difficulty
contacting a new or existing member. The PCC Hotline can help facilitate Member
Outreach through the MassHealth Customer Service Center. PCCs can request
Member Outreach by calling the PCC Plan Hotline at 1-800-495-0086 (press 1 for
the English menu or 2 for the Spanish menu, then 3 then 4 to skip prompts). The
PCC Hotline staff will inform the PCC if the attempts by the MassHealth Customer
Service Center were successful.
Members Assigned Incorrectly to a PCC's Panel
If a member is incorrectly assigned to a PCC's panel, for example, if a young
adult appears on a pediatrician's panel, please complete the
Notification of Incorrect Assignment Form and forward it to the PCC
Plan Hotline. Once the member is reassigned, MBHP will contact the PCC to
confirm that the member has been disenrolled from the incorrect panel.
