For Primary Care Clinicians
The Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP) manages behavioral
health services for the Primary Care Clinician (PCC) Plan. In addition, MBHP
administers the Performance Improvement Management Services (PIMS) program for the PCC Plan.
This quality-improvement program helps PCCs improve the rate at which certain
preventive-care services are provided to PCC Plan members and improves the
PCC's ability to manage the care of PCC Plan members with chronic diseases.
MBHP staff also provide training and informational sessions for PCCs and
develop and distribute publications, including the PCC Plan Quarterly Newsletter.
