Availability of Translated Materials, Interpretations and Alternative Formats
All written materials produced by MBHP for Members are available in English and
Spanish. Oral interpretations of this material are available in all languages.
For an oral interpretation, call the MBHP Community Relations Line
at 1-800-495-0086 (press 1 for the
English menu or 2 for the Spanish menu, then press 4, then 1 to skip prompts), Monday
through Thursday, 8a.m.-5p.m., and Friday, 9:30a.m.-5p.m.
To find a mental health provider, call the MBHP Clinical Access Line
at 1-800-495-0086 (press 1 for the
English menu or 2 for the Spanish menu, then press 4, then 2 to skip prompts), 24 hours
a day, 365 days a year.
Alternative formats are available for Members with special needs, including for
example, those who are visually limited or have limited reading proficiency.
The online provider search function can help you find a provider in your area.
Information displayed for providers includes a provider's name, address, phone
number, hours of operation, languages spoken by the provider or facility, a
listing of the provider's self-reported special interests, or a listing of a
facility's levels of care.

Any letter that MBHP sends to you can be translated into your language in writing. To have an MBHP letter translated in writing, call the MBHP Community Relations Line at 1-800-495-0086 (press 1 for the English menu or 2 for the Spanish menu, then press 4, then 1 to skip prompts).
You may request an interpreter when you call MBHP. Our interpretation services help us to provide our services to you in your language. These services are provided free of charge.
