Welcome to MBHP
The Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP) manages mental health and
substance use disorder services for more than 400,000 MassHealth Members across the

state agencies, and providers, MBHP has created a community-based system of
care that integrates mental health and primary care for Members.
MBHP is committed to ensuring that Members receive clinically appropriate, high
quality, accessible health care. To achieve this goal, MBHP has stressed the
involvement of consumers and their families to ensure that their needs guide the
development of MBHP's programs.
